I am a trusted advisor, Leadership & Business coach and experienced strategic COO.

For the best part of three decades, I have worked in high pressure, high stakes situations where it was essential I evolved my leadership capabilities to be effective. I am a former Global COO and Strategic Change expert with deep experience of leading and creating high performing and inclusive global organisations.

I believe in partnership, empowering teams and the power of diverse thinking.
